At House of Summer, each artwork is carefully made-to-order. We want your prints to arrive safely and beautifully. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines.

Processing Times

  • Print-on-demand artworks (foam prints & posters): Production usually takes 3–7 business days before shipping.

  • During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Delivery times vary by region:

    • Switzerland & EU: 5–10 business days

    • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

  • Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to postal delays or customs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info(at)breess.com within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
