Every House of Summer print is made to order, just for you. Here's how it gets from us to your wall.

Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. There are no hidden costs at checkout.

Production and delivery
Each print is printed after you order, at a partner studio close to you. Delivery times below include production:

• Switzerland and EU: 4-8 business days
• UK, USA, Canada and Australia: 4-8 business days
• Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

During holidays and busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. These are estimates and can't be guaranteed.

Customs, duties and taxes
Some orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the customer.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details where available.

Damaged or lost parcels

• If your print arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email us at info(at)breess.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the print and the packaging, and we'll replace it free.
• If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
